For 20/20 Revenue Maximization Partners (20/20 RMP), data security is the highest priority. As a fully compliant HIPAA and HITECH firm, we follow the strictest guidelines in receiving, processing, and managing client data.
Securing our clients’ data is at the heart of what we do as a company. Here are just a few of the steps we take to ensure client data is safe and secure:
- Implement a Security Operations Center (SOC) service
- Leverage an advanced network security system of managed switches, routers, and firewalls
- All servers are locked, with limited access
- Servers, desktops, and laptops are encrypted and password protected
- Data uploaded to a secure FTP site and immediately downloaded to 20/20 RMP's secure servers
- Data processed onsite at 20/20 RMP's data center and stored on a secure server
- A stringent network authentication system
- Implement a policy of encrypting and/or password protecting all transmitted data
Education and Training
20/20 RMP has implemented a comprehensive education program to ensure all employees are aware of both physical and information security threats
- All employees are required to complete comprehensive HIPAA and HITECH training, and must pass compliance testing before beginning work
- All employees receive ongoing security reminders to ensure they are up-to-date on new threats
- Advanced phishing campaign training is leveraged
- Criminal background checks are completed for all employees
Physical Security
20/20 RMP is focused on the technical and administrative details of security, but also understands and values the importance of having physical security that meets compliance.
- 20/20 RMP's headquarters leverages multiple secured access points and electronic keypads
- All visitors are registered before entering and require an escort when moving inside our headquarters
- 20/20 RMP leverages an alarm system that is connected directly with law enforcement
- 20/20 RMP headquarters is equipped with security sensors and cameras throughout its campus
